The work assignments consist of legal tasks involving complex problems and questionable facts where considerable judgment and independent reasoning is required. Provide general legal counsel and guidance to the company's business units on a wide range of legal matters including: commercial issues and corporate transactions (for example; negotiating and drafting commercial agreements), environmental, regulatory and compliance, Intellectual Property, labor and employment, litigation management.
