Looking for a great opportunity with an established leader? We seek candidates with APICS CPIM certification and five (5) years of supply planning or supply chain experience for the role of Team Lead - Supply Chain Planning. In this role you will be responsible for the supply planning, inventory planning, and management of finished goods for the products and commercial organization to which you are assigned. This position acts in a planning function while also managing a planning team. You will coordinate with other Supply Planners, Demand Planners, site Materials Management, Commercial functions and other groups to develop Production Plans, Inventory strategies and tactics, and metrics to manage the finished goods and, where appropriate intermediate, supply chain. This position is under direct supervision of Director, Global Supply Chain and will supervise one or more supply or demand planners or planner/buyers.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in a related field and five (5) yeasr of supply planning or supply chain experience. Preference given to candidates with a Masters degree and APIC CPIM certification. Preference given to candidates with experience in ERP systems and planning software (Oracle experience is a big plus). Must have strong communication skills. Experience dealing with international sites is a plus. Must have sound leadership qualities and demonstrated good judgment. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have able to travel up to 20%.
