WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our growing OB/GYN team in York County. The organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 220 care locations, eight hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. About the Position
Provide care across the lifespan with emphasis on pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health
On call 24-hour rotation responsible for rounds/L&D at York Hospital receiving patients from six practices
Supplement call shift with York Tri Hill office hours

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Bachelors Degree Required
Masters Degree Preferred
Work
Experience:
2 years Relevant experience. Required
Licenses:
Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or
Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and
Certified Nurse Midwife Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
Appropriate Clinical specialty certification from American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB). Upon Hire Required and
Graduation from an accredited school of Nurse-Midwifery. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Considerable degree of independent judgment.
Excellent interpersonal/communications skills.
