Job Description Now seeking 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift FT, PT, PRN or weekends Autumn House West is a personal care facility located in West York, PA.

We believe in developing our employees and promoting from within! Autumn House West is looking for a hardworking, caring Personal Care Assistant to add to our team! Our personal care assistants are responsible for assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry and transportation to/from the dining room.
PCA's will assist with daily activities and enriching the lives of our wonderful residents!
