BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
9 hours ago Full Job Description YORK OFFICE POSITION SUMMARY This role is to develop and maintain professional relationships that generate business within a range of different target markets throughout our territory.
This will include both identifying potential referral partners and clients along with maintaining existing referral partners.
The Business Developer (BD) will coordinate with the BD Director, Project Managers, Estimators, Operations and Administrative teams with all job-related items as needed.
A major focus of this position will be to nurture and assure the comfort of both clients and referral partners as assigned.
The BD will have also have access to project information.
Relaying information with the project team during the execution of a project where the referral is considered the BD's account.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify potential referral sources within target areas or markets assigned and develop mutually beneficial connections with them Develop and maintain relationships with assigned target markets who may become referral partners As assigned, attend / participate in associations and other networking events Lead and participate in tradeshows Maintain records of BD activity, recording in CRM database Create and implement a 2-week projection action plan for visiting clients Interact with project managers to assure client and referral partner satisfaction Maintain a positive professional company relationship and image at all times May assist in issue resolution, and help communication between project team and others outside the project team who are interested Be an ambassador of Restoration Relief to the marketplace Gain knowledge of the market and competitors, help to identify and develop the company's unique propositions and differentiators Results Expected Job completed on time, and to the customer's satisfaction Grow in knowledge of trade - fire and water damage restoration Effective use of materials and equipment on the job Add to the welfare and growth of the company and team Prerequisites and Qualifications Good attitude and work ethic Ability to persevere Ability to work at high levels of activity At least two years experience working in the Disaster Restoration field (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication Good driving record KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Growth and acquisition of new business Maintenance of existing accounts Quick issue resolution Consistent marketing presence, follow through on activity plans Ability to be self-motivated and driven to perform duties and responsibilities Please send your resume to HR@restorationrelief.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
