Ken Jones he Networking & Security Sales Representative will maintain, foster and create client relationships through consultative selling techniques in order to grow the share of wallet inside of existing customers and acquire new customers.
The responsibilities of the sales representative falls into three main categories pre-sales, sales, and post-sale support of hardware, software and client relationship management.
Pre-sales activities include prospecting, networking, cold calling and client profiling.
The sale includes discovery and deep dive introductory calls/meetings, identification of challenges, ability to build business cases, development and facilitation of the proposal/quote process for specific clients, budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations.
Post-sale support (with network engineer support as needed) includes managing the client relationship, identifying and/or handling challenges, and ongoing education of the technology industry and BIG.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities This role requires significant interaction with clients through multiple channels; face-to-face, phone and email.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Promote Business Information Group's product and service offerings which include, managed network services, computer hardware and software sales, security services, wireless technologies, and selected vertical offerings.
Understand clients' specific business needs & challenges through consultative selling techniques Build business cases to drive sales and profit Attain sales and profit budget goals Prospecting and qualifying to ensure customer acquisitions align with BIG's solution strategies Develop strategic territory management plans to obtain profit budget Identify, profile and develop new business through multiple channels:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
