As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets.
This position requires strong observational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to respond effectively to security-related incidents.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of company premises to maintain a secure environment Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and protect company property Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors regarding security protocols Collaborate with external law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging security technologies Participate in training programs to enhance security knowledge and skills
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar security-related role Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV and access control systems Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
