Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure all permitting and inspection needs of the company are met in a timely manner in compliance with individual laws and regulations at all levels, affiliated companies, offices, and multiple municipalities by maintaining, updating, renewing records, databases and research as assigned.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to):
1.
Maintain company wide Permit Database - scans, updates, accuracy of information.
2.
Complete Permit Applications within 11 days of approval to move forward with licensing in jurisdiction.
Responsible for follow through.
3.
Responsible for closing permits post inspection within 1 week of Installation.
Monitors reports and partners with Administrators to schedule Inspections, close out permits accurately.
Partners with Admin Staff.
4.
Assist with SOP.
5.
Performs municipal permit update research on an annual basis.
Assist with research of Licensing, Permit and Code requirements in new and current localities.
6.
Performs back up permit coverage for Administrative Staff.
7.
Monitors varies compliance reports on a weekly basis and reviews with Admin Director.
8.
Assigned dedicated (high-volume) offices - handles permit process/inspections from start to finish.
9.
Supports Lead Compliance/Licensing Specialist as needed.
10.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or related experience and/or training:

Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
