Responsibilities:
1.
Plan, direct, and coordinate the storage and distribution operations of raw materials and other supplies within facility.
2.
Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfers.
3.
Cycle count stock items and record data using the Inventory Management System.
4.
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses and storerooms.
5.
Maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
6.
Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
7.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects.
8.
Document quantity, quality, type, weight, test result data, and value of materials or products, in order to maintain shipping, receiving, and production records and files.
9.
Weigh or measure materials, equipment, or products to maintain relevant records, using volume meters, scales, rules, and/or calipers.
10.
Compare product labels, tags, or tickets, shipping manifests, purchase orders, and bills of lading to verify accuracy of shipment contents, quality specifications, and/or weights.
11.
Collect or prepare measurement, weight, or identification labels; and attach them to products.
12.
Communicate with customers, vendors, testing labs to exchange information regarding products, materials, and services.
13.
Other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience / Background ? High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required ? 0-2 years warehouse experience Willing to attain a CDL B license prefered - Veolia provides training Knowledge / Skills / Abilities ?
