(Responsibilities and major tasks performed) Performs HR administrative duties and prepares reports pertaining to benefits administration, ADP and ERP systems, Performance Review tracking, Training Compliance, LOA administration, Termination, New Hire processes, On-Boarding and associate programs (service awards, perfect attendance, flowers, employee badges, safety shoes, etc.
), and other HR processes.
Assists Managers/Coordinators/Associates in maintaining accurate associate information in ERP/ADP.

, wages, promotions, shift changes, address changes, transfers, bank accounts, associate addresses, etc.
) Assists managers with records of attendance of hourly associates (e.
g.
, absence, vacation, ERP/ADP concerns, etc.
).
Runs monthly reports to ensure no significant issues in accordance with the attendance policy.
Prepares and maintains accurate associate files and other assigned files/records, including new hire information, hourly performance evaluations, terminated employees, and worker's compensation / medical records.
Assists the HR team in providing prompt and accurate guidance to associates regarding all benefit programs including timely orientation and enrollment.
This includes assisting associates who may be experiencing problems.
Performs other duties as assigned (e.
g.
, Reports, census, letters, memos, etc.
) to assist HR team.
Learn the NSC recruiting standard work and support all phases of the recruitment process as assigned including development of job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Assists with job posting and social media posting.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews and oversees preparation of interview materials.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and human resources team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attends and participates in local job fairs and recruiting events.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Required:
2-year degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years minimum experience in related field (Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D) (R) Read, Write and Speak English (R) High school diploma or GED (R) Experience with Microsoft Office Products (R) Strong interpersonal skills (R) Attention to detail Job Specific Competencies:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
