We are seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to perform HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with all HR team members to support the designated geographic region and/or location(s).
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, facilitation of training, policy creation and implementation, HR data analytics, and employment law compliance.
How you will do it:
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all employees; assists in the development, implementation, periodic review and update of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence and compliance to employment laws and regulation.
Relies on HR metrics to provide measurable value to the organization and align with business strategy long and short-term goals.
Partners with managers and the talent acquisition team to identify resourcing needs, attract and retain talent.
Contributes towards the global and local people initiatives in their region.
Conduct various HR related presentations and trainings.
Oversees the entire employee lifecycle, assisting employees from the hiring and onboarding stage, their performance and growth, until their end of employment.
Travel could be +/- 15% What we look for:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field 3
years' progressively responsible experience in HR Experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing/industrial environment preferred Ability to analyze and interpret data Strong problem solving skills Strong leadership skills Ability to present/deliver information to various group sizes at all levels Strong knowledge of employment related governmental laws and regulations Proficient with MS software, Word, Excel and PowerPoint What we offer:
