Every other weekend following schedule belowFriday, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 8pmPosition will work with Internal Triage TeamOur Hospice Registered Nurses (RN) are the heart of our organization! In this role, you will support your patients by providing direct care and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that both patients and their families have an optimal care experience.
Our On-Call RNs perform routine and emergency visits as needs arise after hours throughout the service area.
