, is a growing company and we are looking for a General Manager who will be accountable for all areas of the business at one of our direct subsidiaries, Crime Intervention Alarm, Inc.
, (CIA) in York, Pennsylvania.

As a service-related business in the life safety and security industry, the ideal candidate is expected to grow a diverse stream of revenues, improve efficiency, maintain strong customer relationships, and increase profits while managing the overall operations of the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implementing the company's goals, objectives, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and performance relative to the business unit's budget targets in areas such as revenue, EBITDA, DSO, Human Resource initiatives, and ERP implementation and utilization.
Create and manage budgets.
Recruit high performing employees in all areas of the business unit to achieve company objectives.
Supervise and evaluate the performance and productivity of all employees.
Ensure excellent customer relations by monitoring the quality of services provided.
Extract, input, and provide financial information to executives as requested.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following
Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field.
A minimum of five to seven years of managerial/supervisory experience with profit and loss responsibility.
Proven experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
A minimum of five years of experience in setting, monitoring, and achieving quarterly and annual business goals.
Experience in fire and life safety or related professional experience.
Driver's license required.
