Warehouse Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maximizing warehouse productivity.
Warehouse activities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
Drives continuous improvement in all facets of the warehouse operation.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Supervise, direct, and guide warehouse staff on daily activities.
Facilitate training to ensure staff members understand and utilize the procedures that will lead to maximized productivity, accuracy, and safety.
Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Order supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Verify orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment.
Periodically reviews performance to ensure that duties and responsibilities are effectively and efficiently carried out.
Manage daily attendance and send weekly reports.
Compose corrective action reports, performance evaluations or other forms required.
Work directly with other departments to understand the individual needs of the business.
Follow safe work practices and keep the work area clean and organized.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Education and Experience Requirements/Preferences:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent experience in manufacturing environment preferred Experience managing others is strongly preferred.
Skills & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
