Salary range from $25 - $26 (Based on experience) Schedule 2nd shift (Monday to Friday) 3:

Manage departmental performance measures and provides regular progress reports to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels utilizing SAP.
Lead and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Supervise, mentor, and provide employee relations support to a team of production associates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, shipping & receiving, safety and HR to optimize production processes.
Ensure all functions are accomplished safely by following and enforcing the work instructions.

years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Experience/Strong Understanding with SAP Comfortable working around loud, heavy machinery Able to lift to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb, kneel, crouch and work above the shoulders.
