We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Upsell additional products or services to customers - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills - Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is an advantage We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement.
