Director of Marketing
Tempstar Staffing is currently accepting applications for a Director of Marketing for our York area client. This position is responsible for strategic product planning, portfolio management, full life cycle product and customer experience management, and product marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver and manage a P&L profile of full product portfolio
Develop and implement a d business case process for new product development
Establish and deliver product marketing metrics
Establish and successfully deliver a sales enablement plan
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related principle, MBA preferred
Minimum 15 years related work experience
B2B marketer with demonstrated results in the marketing of HVAC products and services, or the marketing of similarly complex products
Experience managing multiple workflows, combining internal and outsourced resources
