Sales Coordinator
Tempstar Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator for our York, PA manufacturing client.
This position is responsible for assisting the sales team, focusing on managing client communication and orders. . This position will handle all aspects of customer management, including capturing the initial order, building client specifications, scheduling production and delivery, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process. Some marketing background would be helpful as this position will also assist in preparation of marketing materials for trade magazines and trade shows. Some additional duties will include the purchase of stock for resale or internal machine maintenance and some inventory verification and order pulling.
The successful candidate will:
Be professional and diplomatic with a customer service focus;
Have a minimum of 2-3 years sales and customer service experience with prior industrial sales experience preferred;
Have strong and efficient paperwork management skills with the ability to follow through;
Problem solve and troubleshoot concerns;
Be able to prioritize in a busy environment;
Focus and produce accurate work;
Understand business to business commerce, preferably in industrial environment;
Have an understanding of marketing practices;
Possess advanced computer skills, especially Office Suite;
