Account Manager for Direct Response Social Media Firm
We are searching for an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of lead generation and conversion, digital marketing, and social media trends for our York, PA office. We admit it:

Job Duties Include
Maintain and grow client relationships
Manage daily social media content for clients
Write direct response ad copy
Manage several social media advertising campaigns, with the ability to evaluate and optimize on a daily basis
Analyze and optimize client sales funnels
Develop and manage strategic marketing initiatives to meet client goals
Utilize multiple online communication channels to reach current and new audiences
Test, monitor and adjust advertising strategies to guarantee the highest ROI
Manage client social media accounts including content and promotion strategy
Manage production schedule of a team of design, editorial, and social media staff, interns and freelancers to ensure project deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain trusted vendor partnerships.
Manage client advertising budgets.
Write a column for the Marketing Insiders Elite newsletter.
Keep a sense of humor and willingness to have fun at work, even when your pants are on fire with a deadline.
Required Skills
Experience in developing strategic sales funnels and lead capture campaigns
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor
Strong knowledge of social media trends
Knowledge of direct marketing tactics
Ability to manage multiple large scale projects
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong organizational skills
Minimum of 2 years experience
