Summary:
Provide inside sales and planning assistance for Voith US Inc.
This position will assist with sales and service order generation, quoting execution, expedite and track receipt and shipment of materials, monitor order acknowledgements and update customer database.
The Intern will interface with customers and internal stakeholders to support project site requirements.
Provide support to the inside sales and planning team in related strategic quoting, order entry, customer base analysis and process efficiency improvement projects as needed.
Job Description:
Manage customer database within NAV, including quote and order creation and execution.
Assist in managing shipments and invoices.
Monitor and update delivery status of purchase orders.
Support team in evaluating reps and commissions.
Review and modify pricing in NAV.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college program.
Organized and has skills to multi-task several projects with several team members.
Self-starter, motivated, energetic, persistent, inquisitive and creative.
Ability to clearly communicate via email, telephone and face to face Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and strong with excel required.
Open to work flexible hours.
Ability to work / collaborate remotely and in the office.
Desired Additional
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and work with other coworkers working remotely.
