Rent will be charged Weekly through tenants choice of; Zelle, Paypal, or cash-app (ABSOLUTELY NO CASH PAYMENTS OR ADVANCE PAYMENTS). Upon moving in, the first 2 weeks of rent is required as well as a $200 move-in security fee which is NON REFUNDABLE. This fee (NON REFUNDABLE) includes your finders fee of $100 and $100 towards your last 10 Days of occupancy when/if at any time you choose to opt out the agreement. Please understand if at any time you do choose to opt out, You will have approximately 10 Days to vacate the space, remove all personal items and return ALL KEYS NO EXCEPTIONS. All room rental costs include heat, water, gas, electricity, wifi, and laundry at NO EXTRA COST !! Washer and dryer is located on the property for personal use only ONCE A WEEK(scheduling will be sorted).
